Subirachs' work in Zaragoza
SUBIRACHS. ANALOGIES, DUALITIES, OPPOSITIONS, an exhibition organised by Caixa Penedès and the City Council of Zaragoza, can be visited from 14 September until 31 October 2010.

La Lonja, the best known Renaissance style civil building in Aragon, provides an outstanding setting for this display of 111 works by Subirachs (60 sculptures, 29 drawings and 22 paintings). Judit Subirachs-Burgaya is curator of the exhibition, which traces the Catalan artist's work from 1949 to 2009. All the pieces included are part of the permanent collection of the future Centre Cultural Caixa Penedès Espai Subirachs (CCCPES).
A detailed 144-page catalogue, edited by Carlo Cambi, has been published for the exhibition. In addition to an introduction by the curator, it classifies and describes all the works exhibited.
